Payment
I accept payment via PayPal or ko-fi. Each payment must be made upfront.
What do I need from you to start the commission?
First and foremost, I will require visual references. If you do not have any art of your character yet, a moodboard, similar characters and clothing references are required. Ideally, if the commission requires colouring of any sort, you will provide me with a picture or artwork of your character in good lighting so I can see which are the colours/values I will need to use for colouring them.
Additionally, I will need you to describe the pose you want your character in, as well as their expression. You can use visual references here too – and that would be most appreciated. For example, you can utilize imgur’s post feature to upload all references you have in one or multiple posts, or Google Drive’s folders to separate the character references from pose references.
After I get all the information, I will create a sketch and send it to you for approval. Any changes you want to be made must be noted at this stage; otherwise, it would incur an additional fee of +3-10 EUR, depending on the commission type.

Deadlines
Please keep in mind that my speed of work may vary due to real-life circumstances and a merry myriad of mental illnesses. However, I will keep you up to date on the progress as I work on the piece.
If you haven’t heard from me in a while, feel free to send me a message to ask about your commission – however, keep in mind that I am also human and that pestering me about it every day is… less than ideal.

Usage
These commissions are for private use only. Additionally, I do not permit any use of it as an NFT.
To be more specific: you are allowed to print the artwork you commissioned, use it as an avatar, and share it on social media with credit – you are not allowed to sell it or use it for any commercial purposes unless we both explicitly agreed upon it. Additionally, commercial usage will incur additional fees.
I keep the copyrights to the artwork I created, meaning I can use it for personal and promotional purposes.
Refund policy
In cases of bad communication (ranging from rudeness to inability to communicate properly in English) or inability to finish the commission, I reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full or partial refund (depending on the status of the commission).
Full refunds are only available before I start working on the commission or if a longer period of time has passed and I still haven’t completed the order. Partial refunds are available if I have already done a part of the work and depend on how far along I am in the process. In that case, you will receive the work done so far along with the refund. No refunds are available after the commission is finished.
Additional notes
As my drawing styles are all quite simple, if you have complex details on your character, bear in mind that they will be simplified.
